Wintertime: Farm to Table!

Thanks to the expertise of Steve Weinberger, our community volunteer, the Academy garden is in full swing. Under Steve’s guidance, our members and staff are growing lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, kale and herbs for use in the preparation of healthy meals.
