Pursue wellness

The Academy helps members pursue goals within the 8 dimensions of wellness

At the Academy, members and staff are focused on healthy lifestyles that incorporate the 8 Dimensions of Wellness, as identified by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA): Emotional, Environmental, Financial, Intellectual, Occupational, Physical, Social, and Spiritual.

Each member develops an individual goal plan based on the 8 Dimensions of Wellness.
